E-MAIL announcement:

Since many would not be partaking in the 2020 Halloween activities due to COVID, we discovered a way to celebrate virtually. We conceptualized Trick or Feast to promote audience engagement using social and email tactics. This campaign allowed them to collect user data across platforms while providing a fun and interactive way to engage their guests, all while promoting sales for their Family Feasts. I worked closely with their designer to execute the initial idea from concept to completion. This was the e-mail announcement for the event.

There were several posts and stories explaining the event, but this one focused on introducing people to the filter “costumes” and encouraged engagement with the audience.


The campaign and promotions helped with customer interest and engagement. It reflected a 6.1% sales boost compared to 2019.
